XecPro were approached by a UK FTSE asset owner & operator to see if we could help their organisation improve cost efficiency in a significant area of spend to their business.

Following a short initial discovery piece of work, a follow on contract delivered by XecPro identified opportunities, risks and recommendations for tactical implementation of identified cost reductions for sign off and implementation by the organisation.
​
XecPro were employed to support operational, commercial and procurement teams through the implementation phase in developing and executing detailed plans to unlock 7% year on year savings to the organisation.
PROJECT 2 - 2020
Customer: Mains works contractor
XecPro were approached by a high profile and active contracting group operating in the utility and energy sector to deliver an initial report on forthcoming opportunities associated with capital works in the UK natural gas market.

Following delivery of the initial works, XecPro have been commissioned for follow on contracts to develop tactical entry points into the market, identify strategic suppliers, primary and secondary acquisition targets and support the business through forthcoming tenders.
If successful in award, new service lines have the potential to increase overall profit of the group by over 10%.
